Returns Policy

Spectrum Corporation understands there are instances when returns will occur. We will replace or refund customers for non-defective merchandise returns made within 30 days from the date of their order shipment.

Clearance merchandise sales are final and will not be refunded. Shipping charges for the return and re-shipment are the shopper’s responsibility. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If your merchandise is defective Spectrum Corporation will replace it at no additional charge within 30 days of order shipment. If for some reason the defective item cannot be replaced we will make all efforts to promptly compensate you with an item of equal or greater value.
